the hotel was a disaster! noise from the fans was unbearable, and I had expected plush accommodations. the spa was a joke, with everything out of order, and no staff in sight! can you believe I didn't even get a room upgrade after all this? absolutely unacceptable, I almost wrote a glowing review but just couldn't take it!

Charming stay with a twist
The location near Veluwe National Nature Reserve was serene, perfect for late-night swims in the warm pool. Friendly staff helped create a welcoming atmosphere.
The cleanliness of common areas left much to be desired, and the restaurant service was slow, with a mistaken bill adding to the frustration.

The room layout was practical with a separate toilet, and having a Nespresso machine was a nice touch, adding a bit of luxury to the stay. Plus, there are great hiking trails nearby, which is perfect for outdoor folks like me.
The restaurant was a letdown, with limited choices and inconsistent food quality. the fries were good, but that was about it. I also ran into problems with charging my electric vehicle, as the process was confusing and required multiple apps just to get it done. the common areas were crying out for a good cleaning and could use some updates, while the temperature in the sauna smelled a bit moldy. There was some noise from nearby highways that disturbed my sleep too, so not great for peace and quiet.

Loved the cozy Nespresso machine in my room and the warm indoor pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day. With a tranquil garden area and a nice leisure room available, there were plenty of ways to unwind. The only downside was the carpet in the halls could use a better clean, but overall, it was a lovely stay! 😊
